Villa Paganos is extended over two floors and can accommodate up to 8 guests in its 3 bedrooms. Due to its exceptional location, attention to detail, airy interiors and the outdoor area with swimming pool, our villa is the perfect choice both for a group of friends or families looking for a truly relaxing holiday yet in easy reach of the sea & many nice bars and restaurants.

In total, up to 8 guests can be comfortably accommodated as follows:

• 1st bedroom (ground floor level): 1 double (1,60m width)
• 2nd bedroom (first floor): 2 single beds
• 3rd bedroom (first floor): 1 double (1,60m width)
• Living room (ground floor): 1 double sofa bed

Indoor Layout:
The ground level consists of a modernly decorated fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, one bedroom, and a full bathroom with a shower.
An interior staircase leads to the upper level, which is consisted of two more bedrooms and two bathrooms.

All the areas of the villa are fully air-conditioned.

Outdoor area:
Our guests will have an absolute privacy, being able to enjoy unlimited pool access on the private infinity pool or relax on the sunbeds. Moreover, BBQ facilities and a poolside shaded outdoor lounging and dining area are available for the exclusive use of the villa's guests.

Guest access
The whole villa is private and used only by the guests.
